We want you to be happy with your purchase

Should anything be not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please follow these Steps

Email: prior to returning any items.

Stating Name & Reason for Return.

Items must be returned unused with all original packaging and must not have been worn, or show evidence of being worn.  Unless found faulty, PLEASE NOTE WE WILL TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DRESS BEFORE WE POST IT, we will refund the item value excluding the original postage charges on receipt.  After receiving your returned goods and they have been found unworn, refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the account of the corresponding transaction.  Please allow for an additional couple of days for your bank to process this.

Should you wish to exchange goods (i.e. a size bigger/smaller), first email outlining your request.  This is required due to having a physical store and we would need to double-check stock.  Subject to availability, you will then be instructed to send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging with a note of your specified request.  Difference in prices will then either be charged or reimbursed depending.

Email to inform of return.  Complete returns note in the original package.  Seal the parcel and obtain proof of return, then send the parcel to:

Please Note:

  • Items must be returned unworn and in good and sale-able condition.
  • We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
  • We do not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
  • Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
  • We do not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
