Do I need an appointment?
Yes! We want to be able to have the time and space to accommodate you, answer your queries and help you find your dream dress!
How many guests can I bring?
Bride plus 2 guests for a bridal appointment. Our guest numbers are for the safety of both customers and staff, please do not bring additional guests as we will not have seating to accommodate.
Is there a charge for an appointment?
Yes! We very much value our stylist time and expertise and in order to reserve one to one time with them we charge a £20 booking fee. The booking fee is not refundable should you choose to cancel your appointment.
What should I expect?
Once you book your appointment, you will be asked a few questions about you and your wedding that will make your appointment run smoother and give us time to find your dream dress on the day. Our appointments usually last around 75 minutes which allows time to try on 6-8 dresses, narrow them down to the one and complete your full bridal look, and of course, celebrate finding the one!
Who should I bring?
As this is such an important moment, bring the people whose opinion you trust and need before committing to the dress. Its emotional and exciting so make sure your most important people are with you for your celebrations!
What sizes do your dresses go up to?
Our samples are size 10 to 26, but can be ordered in the size of your choice, once you choose your dress!
How long do I need to order my dress?
Most gowns take 6/7 months to arrive plus alterations time of 2 months, but don’t worry if your wedding is sooner as we have lots of amazing gowns that can be taken home on the day.
